Get in touch
Not sure where to start? A discovery call is a good first step.
If you're thinking about working with me but aren't sure which service would be most appropriate, a short discovery call gives us the opportunity to talk through what you're looking for.
We can discuss your main concerns, what you would like support with and whether my approach is likely to be a good fit for you.
There is no obligation to book anything afterwards
Prefer to send a message?
If you have a question before booking, or would simply prefer to get in touch by email, you are very welcome to contact me.
Email: hello@thehealthologist.com
I will come back to you as soon as I can.
What happens next?
If you book a discovery call, we will use the time to briefly discuss:
- what has prompted you to seek support
- the areas you would most like help with
- whether nutritional therapy may be appropriate
- which service may best suit your needs
- any practical questions you have about working together
The discovery call is not a clinical consultation and I won't be able to provide personalised nutritional advice during the call.
Its purpose is simply to help us decide whether working together feels like the right next step.
A note about medical concerns
Nutritional therapy is designed to complement appropriate medical care rather than replace it.
If you are experiencing new, severe or concerning symptoms, please contact your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional rather than waiting for a nutritional therapy appointment.
Ready when you are
If you would like to explore personalised nutritional support, you can begin with a discovery call.
