The Healthologist has various sessions and packages available. Each has a different focus, protocol and commitment level. All appointments can be done in person or online via Zoom.
Experience has shown that true change comes from a longer term approach. I have learned that progress doesn't happen overnight and it takes more than ones session to achieve health related goals. This is especially relevant for chronic health related conditions & hormone health. Typically, changes are noticed between 8 - 12 weeks. For this reason, I have created the option to support and manage your progress over a period of months.
